northman
I have a chance to purchase a Garrett Arms Sharps 45/70 Carbine. I was told that these were imported from Italy in the 60s. Anyone have any opinions or experience with them? Thanks!
Mingo Frank
I found a Garrett Arms Gemmer - Sharps in 45-70 a couple months ago. Fit and finish are great . From the bit have read , Garrett worked with Pslmetto Arms to build an accurate copy of the Sharps. The parts supposedly would interchange with parts from originals. I couldn't be happier with mine. Preacher Clint
Actually, the Garrett is top of the line with a lot of folks. Snap it up if you can. You shouldn't be disappointed.
