Shameless Womanizer 57929
At heart I am a slow as Christmas Frontiersman Shooter. I loves me some 777 in my handguns and Holy Black in my lever gun and shootsgun. My query is this, does 777 45 Caliber Powder Pellets fit in 44 Caliber Walker and or Dragoon? I know they be a stout load for a cap and ball pistol, but I am hoping my two newish guns will handle the load jest fine and dandy sugar candy. Or are the Pyrodex pellets the better go. Holy Smoke! Abilene Slim SASS 81783
Howdy Shameless, I've never used pellets (and won't) because one .45 cal pellet is a hefty 50 grains. See Hodgdon's site for more info. When you do, see the "Maximum Load Warning" here: Hodgdon muzzleloading warning Good luck!
