  1. They run without a hitch. I’d feel totally confident using them in a match this weekend.
  2. Our home club usually has several carts donated by pards who upgraded to other carts. They are available to new shooters who need some gear. Ask around to ALL of your nearby clubs and you might find something you can pickup in person instead of trying ship it.
  3. That’s the same skunk that tried to scam my listings as well…same phone number. 2108396378 hope everyone here learns to recognize his ways before he takes another pard. I got a tall tree and a short rope for that carpetbagger when I find him. stay vigilant while evil forces are at work!
  4. I said this in the other listings I’ve posted, but I will ONLY contact you by private messages through this forum in order to protect all parties. I will NOT contact through phone or email unless we agree through private message. stay safe out there in the digital world, protect your personal info at all costs! best wishes to all you honest pards out there. 6. My name sure ain’t Greg Lee jr and My phone number and address is from TEXAS… beware of anyone that contacts you from any other method than private messages on the wire, that’s the only way I’ll communicate for everyone’s safety. I personally spoke with Rooster Ron Wayne and we are clear that he was contacted by someone “Greg Lee Jr” who tried to do him wrong. Be careful that you don’t have your personal info on the wire for these skunk scammers to take advantage of! thanks Ron!
  7. You’re getting scammed by someone else… I’ve never spoken with you except by private messages on this board. Never have I ever communicated with you by phone or email. And I certainly did not agree to any deal for these pistols. You made me a standing offer and I replied to your private message that I was going to wait for a better offer… see photos below of that private message. these are the only communications I’ve had with you.
  8. Catorce, I’ll bring it to the TRP match for you in a couple weeks
  9. They’re still available and I’ll have em at the State match for you to fondle I’m not sure what inconsistencies you speak of? Sounds like you got your feathers plucked for me not accepting your chicken low ball offer.
  10. I’m trying to view your photos, but they will not open from your *.heic format for me. not sure if I’m the only one who can’t open them?
  11. Rear sights are a small notch in the nose of the hammer. Although, I never really used the notch, just made sure the hammer was level with base of golden triangle then send the round.
  12. Bump for a pard I’ve witnessed WHBell shoot this rifle and it’s scary accurate.
  13. WTS set of 44 special Cimarron Richards Transition model Type II open top pistols. They are 5 1/2” blued barrels with case color frames. They sport the larger army style grips. These pistols are in stock condition with the only modifications of embossing the front sights with 24kt gold leaf and refinishing the grips to remove the slick varnish. The grips are linseed oil finished. These pistols are chambered in 44 special but also fit 44 Russian and 44 colt loads. Asking $1100 for the set. I can deliver these in person at the TX State Championship match at Plum Creek, or I can ship them from my FFL to your FFL at buyers cost.
  14. Ruger red box matched set of 45LC New Model Vaquero pistols with sass sequential serials. These pistols are stainless steel with 5 1/2” barrels. They have the Montado style hammers and black checkered grips with sass logo badges. These pistols were made in 2013 and come as is in their original stock condition without any modifications. They are ready to be sent to your favorite slick em up gunsmith to become race guns, or simply install some aftermarket springs. These guns were backups for us and saw little use, less than 50 rds through them each. I’m asking $1700 and can deliver these in person to the TX state championship match at Plum Creek. Otherwise will ship from my FFL to your FFL at your cost.
  15. WTS 40-65 Browning 1885 BPCR High Wall single shot rifle along with all the accessories to get you loading for it. Asking $3,000 for the whole package plus shipping, no trades. includes: Rifle with original Browning rear vernier tang and front globe insert sights, with soft case Brass: 520 total pieces of properly head-stamped 40-65 brass (very hard to find these days) 250 new starline 200 once fired starline 36 once fired Peterson 34 new Bertram Dies and bullets: Lyman 40-65 dies and compression plug Redding pro 40-65 seating die 200 spitzer 400gr lead bullets sized .409 Assortment of .40 cal fiber and poly wads Also have a .410 lube sizer die For those who are interested in shooting long range matches or especially if you’ve ever wanted to compete in BPCR silhouettes, this rifle was engineered to weigh in just under the NRA weight requirement for BPCR competition. It’s a 30” half round half octagon badger barrel on a Miroku made 1885 high wall action with a coil spring. Bore is pristine. This rifle was able to dial in the 1123yd buffalo at The Whittington center range in Raton, NM and repeatedly score hits. The 40-65 cartridge is favored for its lighter recoil and somewhat similar ballistics as a 45-70. The package can be delivered FTF if in the South/Central TX area (will be at TX State championship match at Plum Creek), otherwise buyer will pay to have rifle shipped from my FFL to yours at cost. Rifle will ship to FFL and accessories can be shipped directly to you if you choose.
  16. You better eat your wheaties, they weigh over 9lbs a piece unloaded. They’re essentially hand held revolving rifles. They sure do bark thunderously loud, they’ll make the mouse fart - powder puffers tuck their tails in shame and envy!
  17. Best I’ve gotten is 7fps standard deviation on my match loads. The single best thing I did to improve that was compression, but wad type, powder brand, and neck tension also played a big role too. The velocities tightened up and scores improved.
  18. Cullie, my 100yd zero on my Sharps rifle is 34moa with an MVA soule staff. I have a pedersoli staff that zeros at 7moa on the same rifle. There’s some differences in the manufacture of these sights. For BPCR my drop is about 55 moa at 500yds shooting a 500gr at about 1150fps, so I dial up to 89moa to start on the rams and adjust as needed for conditions. If I’m going further out, I’m dropping about 130moa on the Quigley Buffalo at 805yds so I dial in 164moa on my sight to start. your settings will vary depending on your front sight height and the load you’re shooting, but you’re in the ballpark with your 36moa zero.
