They have prosecuted makers and distributors of said switch for manufacturing and distribution without doing the machine gun paperwork. Then gone after buyers from the shipping records. I haven't read of any buyer who refused to hand over the switch nor who was charged yet. Chicago is sueing Glock for violating a 2023 state law.
