I drop them in a canister with Dawn dish soap and water. When I get home I strain, drain, and wipe. Then into the tumbler...takes about an hour for the cases to look like new. Dawn dish soap has a mild abrasive that seems to get a lot of the residue off before I get home.
Ted is going in for a knee replacement tomorrow morning. While not a serious procedure, surgery under general anesthesia is serious enough. Besides he's now a certified "old fart", he turned 70 last week. So prayers are in order. My wife, Clementine Pennyfeather, has her church prayer line on the job. But the more the better.
