  3. One reason the MVA sights can take a while to get is because they are in demand. Also, MVA supports BPCR, BPTR, CLA and other shooting sports, so I like to support them. I have no experience with Kelley, but by all accounts they're a great sight. But I don't believe I've ever seen a donated Kelley being awarded as a prize at a match. I'm sure some one will correct me if I'm mistaken.
