They are scuffed and scratched because I was usually wearing B-Western spurs when I wore them. These are real comfy all-pre-broke-in boots. After my foot surgery in June and the new orthotics I need to put into all of my shoes and boots, I need to buy new boots in the next size up -- these just don't fit anymore.
