I bought a telescoping flagpole from a local store just under six years ago.  They sold me an Uncommonusa.com pole.  The pole is great but the plastic pieces that keep it from being a metal-on-metal rig and keep it from rattling like a handful of ball bearings in a tin can finally gave up.  It was way past the warranty period so I called the factory to see what I could do.

 

First, they have the most pleasant recording to explain what's going on that I have ever heard.  Wonderful female voice and no offensive background trash music nor ads.

 

Second, the young lady who answered was also very pleasant, totally knowledgeable about the product, and helpful beyond what I have become used to.

 

Finally, it cost me only $30.00 for a replacement package (the company I bought it from said it would be $45.00 and they didn't have any in stock) and they are going to email me an instruction video free of charge.

 

Do I recommend Uncommon USA?  You can bet your boots, I do.
