Rep Dan Bishop investigating customer privacy

Whistle blower said Bank of America gave customer information to the FBI without a warrant.  Some sources say this was volunteered information,  not requested by the FBI.  Information about people who used Bank of America products near DC around January 6, especially those who had previously purchased a firearm (how was this determined?) using Bank of America products.
