Subdeacon Joe

Recommended Posts

In 1925 President Coolidge invited I-See-O, the
Army's last serving Indian Scout to the White
House. I-See-O, a Kiowa, began scouting for the
Army in 1889 and performed his duties for
38 years. He held the rank of sergeant until his
death in 1927."
