John Browning Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 SOLD. I have a NIB set of two Uberti Dalton revolvers in 45 for sale. 5.5" barrels. Please see this link for more complete info! https://www.shootingtimes.com/editorial/uberti-dalton-revolver-new-for-2020/371866 I see these online for about 1K each, but will sell both AS A SET for $1800 total SHIPPED and INSURED for the set. I do not want to separate. These are only 24 units apart in serial numbers, not exactly sequential but close! I accept Paypal F&F, checks or MO. If sending a check please be patient as I will want it to clear first unless I have sold to you before. The first "I'll take it" wins. Dutch Nichols, SASS #6461 Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Do these have the spring loaded firing pin as in 3 click or are they fixed firing pin with 4 clicks? My thanks
Jedediah Westwood Posted July 8, 2022 Posted July 8, 2022 Those are beautiful, wish I could afford them
John Browning Posted July 9, 2022 Author Posted July 9, 2022 How firm are thesprings in the firing pin? I have three clicks but the firing pin is pretty solid in there.
Dutch Nichols, SASS #6461 Posted July 9, 2022 Posted July 9, 2022 If the hammer when down protrudes into the frame you have the original style. Firing pin would rest on a cartridge so we only carry 5 .It should have 4 clicks when cocked but sometimes they are hard to hear. Can you see the pin coming thru when the hammer is down? if the hammer does not you have the newer spring loaded Pin. With 3 clicks hope this helps. If it were original w 4 clicks I’d be interested in them. Don’t feel bad many shooters were unaware Uberti did this and they make them both ways which doesn’t help!!
John Browning Posted July 9, 2022 Author Posted July 9, 2022 I'll check this evening. Look for my reply here please.
John Browning Posted July 9, 2022 Author Posted July 9, 2022 The firing pin does indeed protrude. If i go slow i can hear the four clicks. 3 and 4 are close to each other near the end of the stroke. See it? Jeff
Dutch Nichols, SASS #6461 Posted July 9, 2022 Posted July 9, 2022 Per our IM's I'l take them. My thanks.
