When I got home, I found the original shipping receipt in the box that identified it as a forend for a 16ga 11-48. It is new old stock in the original box. $40 and shipping (that's what I paid for it). I'll never use this; make me a fair offer. If you PM me your phone number, I will gladly text photos.
