My wife likes N320 because it leaves no soot on her hands (but it is expensive).  I find American Select and Sport Pistol both clean burning.   Sport Pistol meters very well and is made for coated bullets.  It is now my powder of choice when shooting smokeless powders.  W231 leaves more soot and Bullseye and Unique are even dirtier.  My powder of choice - genuine black powder.  However, I don't recommend it to new shooters.  You will probably have to load with Tightgroup or W231 for now until more smokeless powders become available.  They will make acceptable loads.  If you asked local shooters what to load with, 4 out of 5 would say Clays.  Clays would work well for you.
