And people that would not touch SOS with a 10-ft fork will sit down and scarf up a mess of "sausage and gravy biscuits". Sausage has lots more flavor than dried beef or the more commonly used ground beef. If the ground beef is the usual 73/27 a Sausage Gravy will likely be a lot less greasy, too.
