Blackwater 53393 Posted December 30, 2018 Share Posted December 30, 2018 The bump stock is an accessory!! It has no receiver, no firing pin, no barrel!! It is NOT a gun at all!! It is an ATTACHMENT!! It STILL requires that the trigger be pressed to fire a single shot and then released and pressed again to fire the next!! Not sure that ATF even has jurisdiction if put to strict examination.
