He contacted me last week while I was in the Badlands for Deer Season asking "Why no Illinois Team SASS Directors? I explained that no-one had stepped up to take on the position. After a few brief PM's, he agreed to become a Team SASS State Director for Illinois the day before Thanksgiving. Charlie is doing a masterful job as Team SASS Director but he can't do it all alone. This has to be an energetic team effort...a decentralized team effort. No one person at the top can know what's best for each individual state...ergo the real need for State Directors. Thanks again Lawdog and a salute to ALL our active State Directors. Soldier on....
