This is the model without the loading gate, so no alteration needs be done to the gun.  Drop in conversion.

 

If you use HBWC bullets, you can keep your percussion pistol stock.  No need to sleeve the barrel.  I'll send along 100 pieces of .38 HBWC lead to get you started.
