I'm the first to go beyond It was against state law for a Kansas City Cop to pay into medicare or social security back in my time so I don't feel entitled but, the wife paid into medicare which makes me a beneficiary. Note no part "B" that is because I would have to pay an extra $500 a month for it. Luckly I have service connected disability from the military which entitles me to V.A. Benefits.
