YOU - each and every one of you - need to be even more active in defending them. Call and email the members of the various committees holding hearings on these pieces of legislation. Call your individual members of the Assembly and State Senate. Badger your friends and neighbors to call. Don't just call once. Call every week. Stand up in public fora for our civil rights. Write letters to the editor. If your state representatives hold question and answer sessions open to the public attend them, ask them why they are attacking our rights. Link to comment
