Forgot my Holsters Tonight - Dutch Coroner to the Rescue

Got rushed when packing for tonight's CAS 7:00 p.m. match at the NRA HQS in Fairfax, VA (carpooling from WV) and forgot my holsters. A big oops!. Also, am shooting in Senior Buckaroo, which is a .22 class for us old pharts. I use a pair of Ruger Single Sixes, which are smaller than most guns. Anyhow, Dutch Coroner managed to forget his .44 Schofields (a bigger oops than mine). He offered me his belt/holsters which turned out to fit my waist and the Rugers perfectly. He ran the timer the entire match. Had a fun match, and totally enjoyed myself. Only problem was he shoots Classic Cowboy and had two knives (Bowie and Redwing) and a bunch of other stuff on the back of his belt; I could not sit down in a chair.

Somehow in CAS, things manage to work out fine.

Dutch - If you ever decide to replace the belt/holsters, I'll buy them.

PS: The NRA range had Federal .22 ammo $40 a brick, lots of hard to find ammo, .45 ACP brass $25/500, 9mm brass $30 per 1K. A good place.
