Throwing tennis balls around, on the couch, behind the couch, through the front door out to the patio, smacking them with a cane to send 'em down the hall, and using the crook of the cane to snag them back to me.A year ago she was scared of canes and the like. Tonight she was attacking it as I was using it to hook the tennis balls....feinting, lunging, reaching over, under, trapping the cane with a paw. And chasing the ball - will lunge from cover, anticipate where I'm going to hit it, figure out how to get it when it ends up in or behind flower pots, on a shoe rack.My wife, Lisa, said, "She's a Marine Poodle." I looked at her with a look."Well, she's intelligent, aggressive, quick to learn, adaptable, tenacious, loyal, tough, ....a Marine Poodle!"Makes sense to me.This isn't her, but, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
