Trying to help out a friend with info

I have a friend who has relocated to the Minot ND area for work. He was wondering if anyone knows of a C.C.P. instructor for the following (his email to me):

 

The Florida Class G Permit allows one to open carry a side arm when “on the job” & clearly identified. This permit is required in some of the work I have done in the past. The license is good for 4 years (it’s a 40hr course costing $4-500 & requires other licenses before sitting for this training) What I’m looking for is the 4 hours of additional training that is required by the end of the 2^nd year. Bottom line is I need a Florida instructor who has a “K” license. I’m willing to travel a few hundred miles & pay for the instructors time. I have until the end of the year or forfeit my license.

 

He spoke with me and said he would travel to MN, MT, SD. and has until Jan to take the 4 hour course,
