I was to inherit a lot in Ft Meyers that my sister still hasn't changed over to me. She did probate it in Nov 2005 but still does nothing. The lot has gone up and down and now is at a low value. I am sure you can get someone to help you, but you will have to provide copies of all your data. Additionally, many times when someone gets a letter from an attorney (especially an out-of-nowhere, surprise letter), it motivates them to get off the dime.
