Cheyenne Culpepper 32827
I have a mdl 12 trap that has an X after the serial #s on the reciever and the barrel band,, I've heard a couple explanations for this, could someone in the know tell me what the X is for, please. mdl 12, pre-64, 2 pin mill rib with duck bill, 95-98%, 1816xxxX, pigeon grade forend wood, Anton Stock with roll-over cheek piece.. approximate value??? Is Anton the one with the rosewood cap on the pistolgrip? If not, then it's the stock that does... cpbc no offers to buy please.

Cheyenne Culpepper 32827
Thanks Wolfy,,,, found it, it seems that if a # was duplicated, they would add the X instead of buffing the mistake off and adding a new one... cc
