Fancing up an OM Bisley Vaquero in 44 Mag

With my current health and age, I'm looking closer to the end than the beginning for sure. Due to my love of firearms throughout my life, I've fixed up three nice Rugers for my three kids. Two Super Redhawks and one Super Blackhawk. I have one other gun, an Original Model Bisley Vaquero in 44 magnum that has been slicked up and soon will be sent to Jim Downing http://www.thegunengraver.com/ for some engraving all over with my signature on the backstrap. No theme per se, but I asked for an old timey western look. I did want to use the faux Ajax ivory grips for some SASS oriented scrimshaw. Here is where I'm looking for ideas. I thought of my alias on one side and SASS and my badge number on the other. Then I thought of just a copy of my badge which already has that information, but if I did that I'm at a loss for the other grip panel? I did receive a "Dammit Gang" pin my first night black powder shoot so maybe that could do it? I just don't know. I never won anything during my time in SASS, but it was such a fond memory of mine I'd like to have something for my wife to remember me by. So, what are your thoughts? Smithy.

We have some .44 Mag K-Vaqueros and some are Bisley Vaqueros.

My brother-in-law, Russ T. Spittoon is a scrimshaw artist and engraver.

I don't know how to post a picture of his work.

But I do have some of his scrimshawed grips pics on this website.

He put an image of a mustang on my KBV's. He did the cows on Calamity's KV's.

Nice, huh?
