McCandless
SOLD I need to part with about a dozen guns, to make room for something else... (no I ain't a dealer in any way, shape, form, or fashion. I just got more'n I can possibly ever use)... So, here's one: Pietta 1863 Pocket Remington Brass Frame Black Powder Revolver. 31 Caliber 3-1/2" Barrel. "A favorite due to its light weight, excellent balance and easy concealment, this handy revolver is recognized by its highly polished brass frame with top strap and unique spur trigger... 5-shot cylinder, fixed sights and walnut grips". 2 piece grips, European walnut stock with a brass frame. The barrel is a tapered octagon. 1 in 30" twist barrel. Comes with a brass blade front sight and a V-groove in top strap. Case Hardened hammer and trigger. Manufactured by Pietta/Italy. This pistol has been antiqued. Brass has been darkened in areas. Barrel, loading lever, base pin, and plunger are all "in the white", left with dull finish. Barrel is still blue, but finish can be easily removed. Has a crisp trigger. A great pocket pistol! This cylinder has been turned and has a cylinder line, but has never been fired. Thus no rust, corrosion, pitting, etc. Factory nipples are in new condition. see Midway USA site: Pietta 1863 Pocket Remington Brass Frame or Taylors site:1862 Pocket Remington Brass Frame Pictures can be seen at: 1863 Pocket Remington Brass Frame, Right 1863 Pocket Remington Brass Frame, Left 1863 Pocket Remington Brass Frame, Bottom 1863 Pocket Remington Brass Frame, Top 179.00 includes shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
