Hey Allie, 

I ha e a question. It’s purely for my own information, but could possibly be taken wrong, so please don’t take it that way. I refer to the “bump stock” thread as an example, but it applies to others I’ve seen before. Is there a reason a Mod will reply to a thread “Asked and Answered” and then close the thread?  Is it because he/she feels that the thread could potentially get out of hand or possible go on without end, or possibly because the thread could be considered controversial or even be utilized for less than desirable purposes?  As I said, I’m just curious because I’ve seen it before and would kind of like to understand the reasoning behind the action.  And I’m truly not complaining or taking issue, just curious. Thanks for all you and the other mods do. I’m sure it’s a PITA some days.
