It looks to be New In Box. Excellent shotgun for the load 2 conversion. You are starting with a gun that has not been messed with, and much cheaper than a Chiappa. Asking $700 plus shipping to your FFL as long as they accept shipment from a private individual. I would be glad to meet in NE Indiana or neighboring state for a FTF deal.
