Rabid Anti-Trumper Arrested in Calif. after Threatening to Go on Killing Spree

 

If I recall correctly it was Jefferson who asserted that the Law should apply to Actions Only.   In looking at this event we note that making a threat -- is a action. 

 

what constitutes a "threat" ?    Whatever might be considered a threat could shift,-- from the overt to the implied.  This is what we call a "slippery slope".

You are missing the point. Well, today's point.

 

If the left has an opinion they should get EVERY avenue at making their point, no matter how rabid or violent they need to be in expressing it.

 

If the Right has an opinion, they are wrong and should be punished.
