No Horse Hair, SASS #77464 Posted June 5, 2016 Share Posted June 5, 2016 Weather man said 100% chance of rain at 10:00. That didn't keep 25 cowpeoples from showing up for our monthly shoot! A little drizzle at start time didn't keep 'em from signing up and shooting the first 2 stages. And by 3rd stage it was raining honest- shut down for lunch, and get right back to shooting the final 2 stages ---in the Rain! These people came to shoot! Lotta laughs, bad scores, misses, and poor concentration.....but we got a shoot in, and we'll be talkin' about it when it's hot and dusty. Thanks to all who showed up and supported our shoot today....every shoot can't be a walk in the sunshine! Our next shoot is the 2nd of July. We like to have a WARTHOG style blackpowder shoot on the July 4th weekend. It's not mandatory to shoot Black, we want all to come....but be warned....ya' might get a little on ya!
