Prairie Dawg, SASS #50329 Posted August 30, 2015 Share Posted August 30, 2015 Just want to shout out , and a big "Thank you" to the Sloughhouse Irregulars in Sacramento for putting on a fine shoot today. My son & I had a GREAT time. It was my son's first shoot and they gave him a really fine first SASS experience. 1 miss in the first 5 stages -- then a rifle jam took him down in the last stage. Anyway, they shoot at Diamond Dick's Cowboy Town at the Sacramento Valley Shooting Center, and what a fine range they have. Buildings/storefronts on all stages, BIG close pistol targets, and a variety of close-in rifle targets. And a group of pards that make you feel like family.
