I'd order prime rib med Rare, as long as we are talking about going in for serious surgery that I might not wake up from. Now, if we are talking last meal as in execution in the morning that's different. In that case I'd want Lobster tail, raw oysters, shrimp cocktail and crab legs. I'm allergic to shellfish and I'd be dead of anaphylactic shock before the doctor could do much. Sort of my way of flipping off the executioner.
