Come On Christmas Posted May 20, 2012 Posted May 20, 2012 Now, I know the manufacturer sez not to use the 777 pellets in anything, in a muzzle loading rifle. They used to tell us to fill the cases up to the bottom of the bullet with 777 in a cartridge load with no dead air jest like Holy Black. Dang those puppies was hot. I used one Pyrodex Pellet in my Walker and it was like a cap gun load. One Pyrodex pellet in a Remmie 1858 works great and is fast to load. I think the secret is seating the ball, but not crushing the pellet. Has anyone used the 777 pellets in a Walker with desired results? P.M. me so I won't get into trouble . . . again :~> Thomas O'Shameless
