According to the previous owner, it's about two years old. It is set up in .38 special and with the exception of a little rust on the shell plate, looks good. It has the strong mount and the blue cover with it. First $300.00 plus shipping takes it. USPS money order only please. Thanks for looking. All I can tell you is that if you put powder in the powder measure and primers in the tube, you can load bullets on it. In fact there is some powder still in the measure and primers in the tube. I literally helped the guy unbolt it from his table. It's a working machine, just add brass, powder, primers and bullets. I hope that covers it.
