Colt SAA Information

[The Charcoal KID, SASS# 31523]

Hello;

 

I just purchased a Colt SAA .44 Special with a 5 1/2 inch barrell with the standard blue and color case hardening.

 

Can anyone tell me when this gun was made???

 

SN is SA639XX.

Hey Kid, looks like it was made between 1978-1993. In 78 they started with SA01001 and ended with SA99,999 in 1993.
