YakimaStubbs#9521
This rifle started out as a 7x57 action. I had the rifle redone to a light sporter in 45/70. Has a good 3# trigger It is light weight with a premium Douglas Air Gauge 26" round barrel, slow twist for heavy bullets. It has a Schnabel fore arm with shotgun style butt. Lyman/TC hunting sites on it. I was shooting 500 GR Spitzer bullets with good effect. Also shot the 405 GR hollow point for whitetail. I have over $800 in the rifle. Currently, it has the replacement firing pin in it, I have the original as well. The current firing pin will need to be replaced, I would suggest ordering two from Numrich. In the meantime you can use the unbroken 100 year old pin!!! Nice hunting rifle, carries well and with the air gauge Douglas barrel and smokeless receiver you can shoot BP side matches. Haven't shot this rifle in about 5 years so, I hope one of you will adopt her. $600 shipped. Paypal ok. http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j304/yakimastubbs/IMG00284-20110303-1747.jpg http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j304/yakimastubbs/IMG00283-20110303-1746.jpg http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j304/yakimastubbs/IMG00282-20110303-1746.jpg http://i83.photobucket.com/albums/j304/yakimastubbs/IMG00281-20110303-1746.jpg
