  1. One report was that the perp had been acting up and had altercations with both other passengers and members of the crew. If this is the case, he should have never been in the baggage claim area. He should have been taken off of the plane in chains by security.

  2. I swab the bores lightly and wipe the outside after each match. Usually about once a year I clean the cylinders and frames of my vaqueros. I never disassemble a firearm to clean it, I disassemble when repairs are needed.(I can't remember how long that has been) About once a year I clean the magazine tube, follower and spring on my lever rifles. On 1911s I take the slide off and clean up the mess after a few hundred rounds.

  3. I purchased some on line that had that problem even though they were supposed to be "cleaned and polished". I soaked them in CLR for about an hour, washed them in hot water, dried them, then into the tumbler. It was a lot of trouble for "cleaned and polished" brass but it worked.

  4. I was talking with a service manager at one repair / tire shop and he was telling that one foreign car (model escapes me now) cost $1800 to change a light bulb. Most of the front of the car has to be dismantled.

I have a 77 Corvette that needs a new brake buster. First thing you do is remove the driver's side seat so you can lay on your back to reach mounting bolts that are above the steering column.

And you can't go far without a brake buster!

  5. The guy who came up with this theory probably received a $500,000.00 Federal grant for it, partied for a couple years, then during the last week before delivering the finished work, got high and desperately fabricated the thesis out of a series of profound daydreams.

Agree, probably did a couple of acid trips!

  6. Not necessarily our society. In all wars there are bodies that go unclaimed. Sometimes relatives can't be found. Sometimes there was very bad blood. Sometimes records are inaccurate. It's good that there are brothers in arms and caring civilians who will do the right thing.

    AMEN brother!
