Image may contain: meme, ocean, outdoor and water, text that says 'IF YOU COULD MARRY A SUPERMODEL, OR GO FISHING EVERY DAY WOULD YOU FISH SALTWATER OR FRESHWATER? Born To Fish'

Why, FRESHWATER , of course.  With an 8 wt. flyrod, Shooting head fly line,  15#  fluorocarbon 4ft leader,  and one of Charlie's Pink Bugger flies , on a size 2 hook.  Of course we are fishing the Skykomish for those Reiters Pond Steelhead the WDFW supply us with, or at least did in a former life.

Like this one that crashed into my son's 1-ton Ford Super Duty work truck yesterday?  Guy then yelled at the Kid for being stopped for a red light!

Fella must've been on an intellectual par with the kids in the meme - didn't think to turn off his engine, even though it was ingesting trim and body parts into the belts and pulleys and hemorrhaging coolant until it got hot enough to seize.

That looks photoshopped to me. I've never seen a dog carry anything in its mouth, where the item was all sticking out one side of the mouth. If all you could see was Pooh's back legs, or his head, because most of his body was in the dog's mouth and the other end of his body was on the other side of the dog's head, that would be believable.

HAHA, the whole world is unbelievable, Alpo.

  5. a B-17 visiting our area, escorted me east bound on the 69A yesterday. She was selling flights to folks over at Love Field in Prescott and passed over me just after I left the VA hospital.

Nearly 80 years old and still impressive as can be.

    You or the B 1

ED: Sorry Lumpy, you beat me to it.

  6. This month's American Rifleman came the other day. I had been lazy

about reading it. I picked it up this morning and on page 24, Mr. William Day,

of Maryland had an interesting article about his Grandfather, who served

with Co. D, 182 Infantry Regiment.

Getting past the ugly picture on the front is the challenge.

Seems he was issued an 03 for his first patrol, but acquired a Garand

as soon as he returned to his lines. Kind of a thumbnail picture of

    1942.
