  5. On shooting the trapdoor - yes I have used it for long range shoots at our local matches. We go out to 100 yards here in CT and it does ring steel.
  6. With regards to the FFL to FFL transfer. The rifle was taken into the state through my FFL and it must now leave my possession through an FFL. CT firearms laws are difficult.
  7. 1873 Springfield Trapdoor, 32” barrel, tight lock up and a good shooter. $595 shipped CONUS. FFL to FFL. Believe manufactured in 1883 based on the serial number. I've always wondered in what way JB used this rifle? Can send more pictures if needed. Thanks for looking.
