that is a steal! I have two. I use mine in classic cowboy and never had a problem. they are 12 ga the chinese used a Colt 1878 10ga for the pattern so they are extra solid and can handle 3 inch magnum shells if you are crazy enough to want to try them. John Henry is a good guy to trade with. I have met him in my cardiologist’s parking lot in jackson MS and bought and sold guns with him more than once. irish ☘️ pat

I called my homeowner insurance and added my Rolex before I ever took it out of my house. It was an honor from my employer. I wouldn’t have spent money on a watch, maybe a Colt or Winchester

I saw two unassisted triple plays when my son played little league. “The short stop caught in field fly for first out runner on second was going to third and he tagged him for number two. the first base runner ran to second and wouldn’t go back to first base. the SS ran to first and touched the base for the third out.

An old fire chief that I loved to listen to told that he had been an officer in the Louisiana National guard in the 1930s and ran the railroad depot in Ferriday La at that time. he told me that back then the Army planes (P-40s) that were participating in the Louisiana maneuvers would get lost, fly along the railroad tracks to a town’s water tower to figure out where they were. They would circle the tower to read the name on it then they would follow a track to where they were headed. Irish ☘️ Pat

The Nazi SS got most of Hi power from the occupied territories as the Regular army got most of the P-38s. The Brits got them from Canada late in the war. The British and Polish paratroopers used 1911s during drops in Holland. They did not get large quantities of HPs until later.

seems I remember Kevin Costner wearing one in the Whitney Houston movie “The Bodyguard”. That script was for Steve McQueen many years earlier but he was to sick to make a movie. Kevin tried to cut his hair and the play the part like MCQueen would have if he had lived longer

Every quarter we have all our employees watch security movies on Random Shooters, Bank Robbery, and elderly Abuse. Most banks don’t keep a lot of money on the teller line because of the chance of getting robbed. We probably have more problems with elderly abuse than anything. There are scams and family members that would take advantage of honest old people in a second. Good tellers are the first line of defense to keep them from getting beat out of cash
