    I've told this here before.........but y'all are old, so you probably forget.

     

     I had a work associate offer me a taste of Dave's Private Insanity. Pulls the bottle out of his desk drawer, puts 2 drops on a tortilla chip and says "give it a try". I raise it to my lips, they immediately go dry, as do my nasal passages......I get a tear in each eye and the hair on my neck stands up. I dropped the chip in the waste can and immediately went to the water cooler. Never saw if the papers in the waste can burst into flames.........

    Certainly!!  I like and use, in no particular order of preference, Tapatio, Valentina, Boerne Brand Texas Red, Dirty Dick’s Original, Taco Bell Hot, and a couple one time brands that friends have given me as gifts.

     

    I also have several home grown peppers from my mom’s and my brother’s gardens.

     

    AND!! I have two of the Dave’s Insanity special blend that came in the little wooden coffin!  I opened one and sometimes use a single drop in certain recipes.

    Dave's Private Insanity is deadly........

    I'm going to go back to my earlier examples.

     

    The German tourist can go to a Baptist Church. The English tourist cannot be stopped and frisked just because he's English. The Spanish tourist, if he is arrested, has the right to remain silent and the right to an attorney. They have these civil rights, not because they are United States citizens, but because they are in the United States.

     

    The United States citizen caught with a firearm in Mexico goes to jail. He has no right to bear arms. The United States citizen caught with a pointed blade knife in England goes to jail. He has no right to bear arms. The United States citizen caught with a joint in Malaysia (or is that Singapore?) will probably be executed. He has no United States Civil Rights. Because he is not in the United States. His civil rights disappear when he's in another country.

     

    Many Americans don't think that. "You can't arrest me! I'm a United States citizen!!" But they find out that yes I can be arrested for things that are not illegal in this country, and things that they would not be charged with in this country. Because they are not in this country.

     

    You may recall that boy/girl basketball player that got arrested in Russia for drugs. He/she did not have any civil rights. It was in Russia.

    So, it doesn't state it anywhere.

    The Constitution says THE PEOPLE. It doesn't say the citizens. It says the people. Once you set foot inside the boundaries of the United States you have constitutional rights.

     

    Which, in my opinion, might be the reason the terrorists are held in Cuba. They're not here, so they don't have constitutional rights. They don't have the right to a lawyer. They don't have the right to remain silent. They're not in America.

     

    And I see that Texas Jack Black has already said that.

    Where does it state that THE PEOPLE are  those standing inside the boundaries of the US ?  Help me with that one.........

    Yep. Five years ago here in the Valley, we had a University student step right in front of a University bus. Head down, hood up, phone on........
