Frankford has a screen kit that I like to use. I know, there's always more to the original kit. Something worth looking into. Frankford Arsenal Rotary Tumbler Sifting Caps Pack of 2 | SCHEELS.com

Run a search here on the wire. I remember that question being asked a few years ago. There were several ideas that came up w/ pictures.

Well it could happen But I'm not really shot a match since the great T town deluge of 2015. I put my new 6 shooters and my new leather in my gun cart up at the pavilion, because I thought it would be safe there. did not know the water was going to get 4' deep And become a raging river. Lol It was like the Missouri boat ride in Kansas. Lol
There have been a few campfire stories told about that flood. Very unfortunate. PCC could flood, but I think it would be biblical. I think it would be hard for Chapman to flood also. Might get mushy, but don't think it will flood. Come on back, you'll enjoy it for sure.

Chain Blue, good to see you back. Several things have evolved. I think you'll be okay. Hope to see you back at PCC. Big changes since you shot there last.

Put me down for CC FCGF. I’ll fill out an entry when available or when I come shoot next

As previously stated by the c&b masters ( PD, J-Bar and Noz), get a Ted Cash wrench and use with your multi-tip screwdriver handles. I put the TC nipple bit in with my brownells screwdriver case. Goes with me every time I shoot.

Depending on how much I like shooting the 5 1/2's vs the 7 1/2's, I may want to send my 7 1/2's to you at some point. I love the contrast. Please bring to landrun. I'll be interested in seeing it in person. Good work, imho.

Sry no go for him at this time. He is focused on a left handed AR. He has been building his house for a decade. No telling how long he will be working on this left handed AR.

I have a buddy (non-cas) that may be interested. I'll talk with him tomorrow. Trying to talk him out of a pietta 1851 when he is more concerned about accuracy vs period correct.

Go see Brisco at cowboy shooter supply.

When I switched to setting up the shells so that #1 and #3 from the left sit at a different height than #2 and #4 the occurrence of shell fumbles significantly went down. Oh yea, you have to wear out at least one 97 clone practicing.

Switch to the FA wet system w/ ss media.

ROFL! I'll blister both thumbs, one for each of ya.
-
Ruben, I'm working my FCGF mojo up just for you.
-
Tucker you big wimp. That's the only thing I and Capt Baylor never changed is the hammer spring and we never have cap failure. Just step up you wimp.
But my thumbs might get a blister.

I test fired my new to me ROA's this afternoon. I was a little bummed about 10-15 mph wind. The smoke cleared way too soon. The new hammers from Boomstick made them a whole lot easier to manage. I gotta do something about the stock 25lb hammer springs.
As it has been already said, frontiersman is going to be huge. Can't wait. I'll have my 2017 schedule soon. I sure hope I can make it.
Well That Was Interesting. ——UPDATE——
