  1. I actually saw that lot outside the film studios in Burbank, CA in ‘84 or ‘85. The field of chargers was much larger than what you see in that photo. There were a bunch of wrecked ones too. It was sickening to see. After that stupid show went off air these Chargers and Road Runners all disappeared. They may have been scrapped for all I know.
  2. Thanks! Thanks a lot! Now I am going to have that (BLEEP)ing song in my head… That is funny though…
  3. You may be right on your example gun, but his forend appears to be similar to mine on the photos I posted above. Here is my gun: Here is a close up of the end of my forend that shows where it ends in relation to the action slide bars. His gun appears to have the same placement of the forend. If so a side saddle should work.
  4. His name is Bill, but he goes by Sarah. His specialties are quiches and soufflé’s and he can change a truck tire without breaking a nail.
  5. I need a 57 round 4 round magazine gun. Where would I get one of these?
  6. Six Sigma is an idiot’s savior. It promotes mediocrity and bureaucracy at the expense of progress and innovation.
  7. You have obviously been around lazy or weak women all your life. I knew a girl that was 5’2” and under 100 pounds. She rode a Yamaha Venture touring bike the size of a Goldwing. She could push start that bike and she could push it into 1st floor motel rooms to keep her bike from getting stolen in Mexico.
  8. I agree. It’s really not that hard to kick start a well maintained bike, even an old Harley. A bike rider learns real quick how to set the engine up with the kick pedal to get a bike running. After the first “sole slap” you learn real fast.
  9. Thanks Dave. I forwarded this to family and friends. Thank you.
  10. #101, but it should be moved closer to the beginning as it has been on here at least a dozen times that I know of over the years and I took a 10 year hiatus. 2006-2016
  11. Is that a mud flap attached to the front wheel? I really can’t make it out.
  12. My wife and I got back from our trip to SoCal on Sunday. Our little house was 86° F / 30° C inside and 96° F / 35° C outside. It has taken nearly 2 days to cool to below 73° F / 22.7° C in my house with the 2 little window AC units we have. I told my wife we will never again turn our ACs off for a trip in the summer. There’s nothing like getting home from a trip all hot and tired only to lounge about in the heat inside your own home. As an aside; I like to keep my house at 68° F / 20° C inside in the summer. I like the same temps in winter. In California I would get threatening letters from the brainwashed idiots at Edison Power telling me that our house uses too much power for having only 2 residents living there. I was told I was using the power of a 5+ person home. I called them and asked when their Bolsheviks would be coming to reassign living spaces and punish me for the use of the power that I pay for. I also asked them to quit sending me threatening letters and messages . I was transferred to a manager. I told the manager the same things above and then asked “How ****ing stupid are you people? You make money from the power you sell. You want me to cut my usage to what some Commie thinks my usage should be? Are you all Capitalists or Communists? Which is it?.” “Ummm I don’t know how to answer that.” ”it figures. I pay my bill and as long as I do shut the hell up about my power usage!” and I hung up. Here in WV I get my electric bill and a “thank you” for being their customer. When I was in CA on my “vacation” I told everyone that my power comes from coal and it’s fantastic how cheap our utility bills are. My comments were met with blank stares or complaining about their power bills. I just smiled.
  13. This has become my philosophy these days.
  14. How easy is that mini shell adapter to install and remove? Also, I have used stock shell holders and the frame mounted side saddles. I like the side saddles more. It’s easier to fill or top of the magazine from the side saddle for me. I have tried 4 different saddles. Tac-Star Adaptive Tactical And 2 brands that I cannot remember. The Tac-Star and the Adaptive Tactical models are good shell holders.
  15. I have purchased a bunch of parts and accessories from them over the years and have only been disappointed once. I bought a couple of their Dagger magazines for a Glock 48 that I used to own. The mag followers would stick due to excess polymer inside the mag tube. They accepted them back with no issues. The early mags had issues. I am sure they have fixed that issue by now. PSA is a very good company indeed.
  16. Nifty retro looking Mossberg. I can’t tell from the photos, but is that checkering pressed into the wood? The Mossberg that I gave to my daughter had a wood stock and the wood corncob forend. I tried to trade her another stock for it but she said she liked the warmth and the feeling of the wood.
  17. My statement was meant as humor.
  18. The SRS truck is a really neat concept. Unfortunately here in the U.S. transit agencies tend to build silos of their departmental structures so a single truck with 3 or 4 bed boxes or racks to perform different jobs isn’t feasible as the cargo box may be used by the signals department. The hydraulic platform would be used by Traction Power to maintain and repair the Overhead Catenary System (electrical power). A rerailing box with all associated tools would belong to the Vehicle Maintenance group. You also have other departments that may need another bed box to do Station Maintenance and or Ticket Vending Systems. Departments typically do not work so well together that one truck would support 3 or 4 groups, especially in larger transit agencies. There would always be disputes over the truck and who controls it because each group thinks that their job is more important than the others.
