If you register for Land Run in the few days, you will not receive your confirmation until March 9th. But don't worry. The online registration system monitors date and time of the registration. We will be leaving for EOT and won't be back until March 9th.

Hi Fox,
Elder Statesman, but it only applies to age based shooting categories. Shooting Style or Costume categories are not included.

A week ago we had only two LFCGF in all of the different age groups. We now have five so we will be able to LFCGF category. We still have only three in LFCD and we need five. So if any of you ladies who are shooting smokeless duelist would like to switch, we need two more, we will be able to have LFCD. Please keep in mind that we have had to combine all age groups within these categories.

For those that are interested you can click here: Category List to see the number of shooters in each category. Please Note, this is what shooters have requested, not the final list. Categories will be collapsed to fill the SASS minimums of 10 for open and 5 for women on the dates listed above. As I said earlier, shooters requesting categories that do not reach minimum will be contacted.to discuss options.

July 15th- We will notify everyone if their chosen category does not reach minimum requirement and discuss options.
August 1st-Final deadline for category change request.
August 12th-Last day for a full refund. Notification by e-mail required.
September12-Last day for 1/2 refund. Notification by e-mail required.
If you have not entered and you plan to, please enter as soon as possible. We only have about 30 openings in Cowboy at this time.

Yep,
1.41 to 1.43 is typical for short stroke.

Hi Rootin
Before I switched to short stroked Marlins which require shorter bullets, my Marlins ran best with 1.48 to 1.49 OAL. I hope this helps you.

Hi Nostrum Damus,
Why not load a different bullet for pistol (say a 105). You can still use .357 brass but her pistols will be more pleasant to shoot. You can still use the same head.
