I've never owned that particular brand, BUT..... I have owned and used 2 different belts with canvas loops.

The best canvas looped belt I owned was made by Doc Noper.  Fantastic quality and super durable.   I never could

wear it out and trust me, I tried.   It was also a Single Loop belt design like your picture.

My present belt is leather loops.  Actually, the loops are for double shells and I really like it, as I prefer to grab 2.

But in my opinion, if you want one of the fastest SG belts, check out the elastic loop belts.   They can be as fast as you want to run.

My friend bought one of those elastic loop SG belts and that thing is great! if I was going to get a new belt that's what it would be.

thats how SASS started at our club as well , it changed ;later when the club moved to a different range but i think the pull cords to be an improvement worth their weight and effort , the less down range time the better and i think it speeds up the match by both quicker resets as well as less wear on the posse ....im old i dont nee to walk down range so much , it might wear me out before the day is done [and these days the clubs are leaning to adding a stage to the first day .eating lunch on the move/ then getting done early the second day - all well and good but makes that first day less fun for me

Well, my club didn't just start! my club is where Cowboy Action Shooting started, and it's not just the time it takes resetting the targets it's the lead dust all over them! That lead dust goes from your hands to your cloths, guns and everything else you touch!

I wet tumble using dish soap and Lemeshine.

After tumbling and rinsing I put a couple capfuls of my favorite car wash soap in a bucket with just enough water to cover the brass.  Swish it for a few seconds, drain and lightly rinse.  Then I dry in a case dryer.   I rarely get water spots.   The slick ceramic coating also seems to help make reloading easier, slick in the dies I guess.

I use Turtle Wax Ceramic Hybrid Solutions.   I've tried a few others, didn't work as well.

Used to be able to get it at Walmart, now I have to get it through Amazon.

    https://www.amazon.com/Turtle-Wax-53411-Solutions-Ceramic/dp/B07XYQNZ2R/ref=asc_df_B07XYQNZ2R?tag=bngsmtphsnus-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=79989588515103&hvnetw=s&hvqmt=e&hvbmt=be&hvdev=c&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=&hvtargid=pla-4583589115104599&th=1

Thats the way I have been doing it for years but after I rinse, I do a final rinse with distilled water and that will stop you from getting any water spots, the water spots are from the minerals in the water, and I save the distilled water and use it about five to six more times and its cheap my cost is about a buck a gal.

  5. If you use vaseline to lube the rubber the oils in the vaseline will attack the rubber! I have the large Frankford arsenal rotary tumbler and it came with silicone gaskets its 10 years old and I have had no leak problems, if they still come with silicone gasket maybe they are the size you need its 3/8 wide 1/8 thick ID 3 7/8 OD 4 3/4? If you use rubber get some food grade silicone to lube the gaskets. V.D.

I load .32 S&W  Starline Brass on a Dillion 650. The last box of Federal Primers I purchased has been giving me problems loading. About 6 out of every 100 will not seat in the brass (new starline Brass). (That means about 300 out of 5000 want seat) You can feel it when you push the 650 handle to set the primer, a lot of resistance. If they do seat they are all smashed in the pocket. I called Federal and they had me send a few brass with primers that would not seat. They called back and said it was the brass. I loaded about 300 (same new brass) with primers I bought 3 years ago, no issues. Any body else having any issues?

I had a different problem with Fed LG Primers about 5or 6 years ago and I contacted the people at Federal and  I found that the people at federal don't have a clue !!!!!!!!!!!!! V.D.

Appreciate the advice. This is just a tab that’s worn dang near completely off. The timing is spot on considering it’s run trouble free for about a decade of multiple monthlies, EOTs, practices, and a bushel of annuals across several states!  Best guess is something in excess of 20000+ rounds! Yes it’s definitely getting some needed TLC, considering the round count! :)

3 Cut repaired two for me not long ago he did a great job and he always answered my calls when I called him! And because you break a tab doesn't mean your timings off !!!!!!!!! Von Dutch

Yes I agree the blue finish on the IAC is better looking than the matte Cimarron.  I am just pointing out that there are dealers on gunbroker right now with brand new Cimarrons with an opening bid of around $600.  That price point is really hard to beat for a functional 87.  The other Chinese clones of the 87 are pretty well known for not being even functional right out of the box.

When I bought my IAC I took it to the range and put 25 RDS through it and it worked flawless the action is like it's had an action job and the trigger has zero creep and it has a five pound pull, I could not believe it for a gun right out of the box!

Sounds fair for a stock IAC, though I believe in the SASS community the new 87s being imported by Cimarron will really drive down the value of the IACs.  I just picked up a new Cimarron 1887 from my FFL, with shipping and transfer fee the total was right at $700 out the door.

Don't care for the flat blk finish on the Cimarron! My IAC has a very nice, blued finish looks much better! V.D.
