Goex and schutzen i use interchangeably with either one. Have done so for years now, especially for cowboy main match loads. Same with magnum or regular primers.

i will second the use of about 10-15' of 1/8 " braided steel cable. It does not weigh the target down the way chain can, last for years and helps prevent "shooting the rope" off. but be sure to wear appropriate gloves after it has seasoned for the said fish hooks.

you can put it into an ultrasonic cleaner with the brass cleaner formulation. My Uberti evil Roy literally liquified and ran off as soon as i pulled it out, oops! but it actually cleaned up and had a nice, antiqued look to it. Enough so that i went ahead and did it to its twin also.

Apps are ready and available at our website. miamivalleycowboys.org. As always 12 stages with a blend of burn it down fast, to plate rack/tombstone challenging. No p traps and fun, after all its going to be the 50-year anniversary of the movie Blazing Saddles. Memorial Day weekend so our weather is usually pretty great. Gee i wonder what the starting lines could be?

I shoot both Smokeless and BP.
I load smokeless 4 to 6 times .
I load BP once out of my old smokeless hulls.
Then scrap them .

we have the back room at the piqua fish and game confirmed,,,,,,anyone wanting ro1 or ro2 let us know so we can have enough books printed and ready, also I will need to know how many lobsters to order for lunch.

After years of being a student of SASS, Im going to try teaching it some. Boaz and Myself are going to teach RO1 and RO2 On Janurary the 14th. Starting at 8am. Class will be supervised by Lassiter. Please let me or Boaz know if you are wanting to sign up, we will have books printed and ready for you, lunch will be provided by mgm and honey bunny. Come join your cowboy buddys and get caught up on the latest rule updates. Cost is $10 for RO1 and $25 for RO2. Refreshers are free.

our club provides lunch after the match, my wife and I do the cooking,usually the day before and its stuff that can be served from a crockpot. From soups, sloppy joes, a chili cookoff, smoked brats and even just lunchmeat sandwiches, since we took over doing the lunch the feedback has been very favorable,

I double cock, started out purely shooting gunfighter outlaw style, I usually start left pistol, when it’s a shoot 5 and move I always try to throw the first shot as a single, then double the next two pair. More than one spotter has told me that they hate spotting for me….. whatever suits your style, just have fun…..,,, I keep trying to concisely try to slow down and AIM, but the outlaw in me keeps taking over and I just let em rip.
