    Lever actions are not mentioned only no more than 10 rounds , keep in mind this only applys to the state of New South Wales [ NSW ]...they haven't a clue..the biggest stupidity is they are banning 'belt fed shotguns', we all laugh about it as one of the shooters was loading an Adler type straight pull from his waist belt..' no hurt intended to those that lost loved one's '....lots of legal action being prepared & petitions of no confidence in the Federal Government.

    Those belt fed shotguns are as rare as rocking horse poo  ..:P

                                               New South Wales  [ NSW ]

                                              South Australia         [ SA   ]

                                       Western Australia          [WA ]

                                       Tasmania                        [ The Island at the bottom of Australia ]

                                      Queensland                   [ Qld ]

    And  2 Territories    -Canberra                 [ ACT ] Australian Capitol Territory ]

                                        Northern Territorty   [ NT ]

     

    In regard to our gun laws the Federal Government cannot tell the States & Territories what to do-the current laws were agreed to by all back in 1996 after the Port Arthur massacre. At present Qld [ my state  ] Tasmania & NT do not agree with punishing law abiding gun owners for  the recent  'Bondi  shootings. There is a big swell of resistance to what is happening & even with the proposed gun buy back & new NSW laws, nothing will happen for some time with all the legal battles that are being proposed. The biggest concern I see is those states who dont agree with what is happening buckling to Federal pressure by with holding funds etc ..time will tell !! We do have a few political parties that are gun friendly so the hope is with up coming elections that things will  change at least in regard to the balance of power. I for one &  I would hope many others will do everything in their power to keep our guns & not give up the fight  Australia has a population of 27--28 million with only 1 million licensed gun owners . ''WHEN INJUSTICE BECOMES LAW--RESISTANCE BECOMES DUTY''     [ there are not enough jails to keep us all ] ..Cheers 'Mohawk

    Yep so true, the dust hasn't even settled & they want to take more guns from us, never mind the incompetence of the authorities just hit the law abiding licence holders as if  to blame us...they will need bigger jails because I along with many others have had enough.
