  1. Thank y'all for the kind words. They mean a lot to me.

I don't feel much up to writing; my brain is somewhat addled. I hope that is related to the 10 MG of oxy and not something related to the cancer. I will give y'all an update after I know more.

  3. This may be the perfect place to tell you this.  I'm too weak to wield sticks.:o;)

I'm very sick. I'm glad to find out that the tests verified it. Not glad to find out what it is. I have a malignant mass in my abdomen "the size of a softball." Quote from my PC Dr.

I went to my PC doctor on 9/22. He ordered blood work and CT scans. I even felt well enough to go out to lunch after.

By 10/4 I couldn't keep food down, was in a lot of pain, had a telephone appointment with the Dr.,  and went to the ER in Jackson that night. They did the CT scans and found cancer. They recommended I see a certain oncologist (chief of oncology at Sutter Health). I have an appointment with him on Monday, 10/11. They also said I should have surgery ASAP.

On 10/8, from talking to the oncologists aide, I went to the ER in Sacramento as my condition was worse (pain and nausea despite Zofran and Percoset and maybe they'd keep me in the hospital until I saw the oncologist. They redid the CT scan and the results were more detailed. Of course, that was all bad. They sent me home.

So here I am, waiting for Monday.

  4. I've never done that (don't own a diesel); but, I once pressed the wrong octane button and put the expensive stuff in Hubby's truck. No problems except the drain on my credit card. :o

  5. I have had formerly feral, indoor/outdoor, and other cats. You cannot keep a former feral or in/out cat inside, no matter how hard you try. When we moved, we brought 3 former in/out cats with us. As it is very rural, we had a custom fence put in. All three were too big to get outside the fence. The largest of them, climbed a wall to get out, the others yelled so much when he was out, that we ended up leaving the gate open during the day. They seemed to know that they shouldn't go outside the fence at night.

The three we have now don't go outside the yard. They tried when they were smaller. They still try. We manage to keep them in. Now, Bandit is hanging around. He will be big and is strong. He was feral for months. He insists on going out. We let him. We think he has another home as he is gone for a day or two at a time and came back once with a flea collar.

Sorry, I can't answer your questions. My experience has been, cats will do as they please.

Following is the fence and Ziggy when he was finally large enough to go out in the yard.

  6. I called my ISP (gotta  them, you get to talk to a person). They said there was a worldwide outage. Normally, I wouldn't care; but, I just listed a bunch of Hubby's tools and thought it was just me until I called.

  7. 15 hours ago, watab kid said:

i gave up three gun because my body just wont allow me to do whats required any more , as fun as that looks , its not my game anymore - hope my son and grandson  chases it tho

I just shot it my way, which is no more difficult than a SASS match. Here is a photo from one of my first 3Gun matches. We taped the cardboard targets instead of painting metal targets.
