  1. All center-fire or rim-fire ammunition must be designed to package the bullet, gunpowder, and primer into a single metallic case precisely made to fit the firing chamber of the firearm. The primer must be of the type that uses only a small charge of impact sensitive chemical that may be located at the center of the case head or at its rim.

This is the closest I could find in the Shooters Handbook to rocket ball prohibition.

The driving factor for this change was Ben Avery not allowing ACSA to shoot our matches from the common firing line. Requiring us to set up our steel at the back of the bays puts our participants in jeopardy as they would be down range from other user groups in parallel bays.

Do these bays have bearms between them?  If they are open is the back line berm the same for all bays?  What is the logic of this requirement?

Patterson flasks dropped five charges at once.

Nothing new under the sun- I load my Remington NMA in a stand and use the push button flask but sort of  like the Patterson I load 5 chambers but unlike the OP video I don't turn the cylinder, 4 chambers are open and filled and one down the barrel and done with the flask, it is a muzzle loader :-)

  4. I don't see the "recommendation" as an absolute. I read the WTC's on the wire and print out and note the yearly changes in yellow in the three handbooks. My RO pins predate the ones with a year date on them. Condemn me if you will.

Seriously, I HATE filling primer tubes. I'm retired but I would rather waste my time doing something else. I bought one of those Italian ones that were out a few years ago. As I recall it was over $150.00 but worth every penny.

Yes this is what I did. I just fill one tube and load 100 then refill. Hand pecking 10 tubes full at a time would not be my idea of fun.
