Good Evening:
Some of you may remember a while back, our generous pard, Sippin' Whiskey offered to do some minor leather repair free of charge.
Well, I sent him a gunbelt that had one end chewed up.
Sippin' Whiskey fixed it up for me while I was in the hospital gettin my knee replaced, and it was waiting for me when I arrived home today.
It looks right nice!
I just wanna say...............................
THANKS PARD!!!

Rossi 1892 in 44 Magnum
Light, handy, I shoot it well
Great caliber for Ohio deer cuz the ranges are reasonably close, and 44 Mag bullets are great for deer-sized game.

Apparently not, according to the Shooter's Handbook, page 12:
"Revolver and rifle ammunition may not be jacketed, semi-jacketed, plated, gas checked, or copper washed. It must be all lead. Molydisulfide, polymer coated bullets, or equivalents are acceptable"

Good luck on the surgery Dawg.
Next time ask if anyone has a gently used on the Wire!
When we get older, we pay for the sins of our youth............................
All those times we jumped down when we could have stepped..................
Slipped on the ice cuz we hurrying to get someplace.................
Humbling!

He'd probably snort it!!! Is that even legal???
New lines that Dawg will use when writing stages in the hospital:
Mr. Dillon, Mr. Dillon!!!!
I'll shoot that other knee if you go for that gun!
Where's my cane???
Can someone help me get off this horse??
I'll be there, just give me an hour or so!!
I think there'll be more Walter Brennan lines!

Good Afternoon Folks:
Rye has offered to pick me up for Saturday's special Tusco Winter shoot, but I don't think my care-takers are gonna let me go.
Drat!!!
I hate to miss it!
Love spending the day with my friends
& I wanted to see Kit break in those new 44-40s
BOOM!
& see if Rye shows up, cuz it's gonna be raining somewhere North of the equator.
Y'all have fun & I'll be back shooting with you in record time.
& Kit, I'll be lookin' South for some billowing smoke!!!

Good Afternoon Folks:
Well, the surgery is over & I'm sitting here in a room, leg wrapped up like an Italian Burrito, plugged in to all the hospital electronics, & doing my exercises.
They've had me up and walking already.
I'm gonna do what them therapists tell me to do, so I am up-and-shootin' as soon as possible.

Good Afternoon:
Yes, the Cimarron is a good choice.I also have a Pioneer Hammer double that I will list shortly, after my knee surgery.
It is a high end hammer double with 2 barrel sets, 18.5" and 26" in very lightly used condition -- maybe 100 rounds smokeless.
Info about it is here: http://www.pioneer-pac.com/pioneer-shotguns,prp1,8,2
Looking for $1500 shipped
